Reply Rules

Rules are evaluated in priority order (lower number = first match). All start with "queue" — flip to "auto_reply" when ready.

How to flip a rule to auto-reply

Use the API: PATCH /api/v1/whatsapp/rules/{id} with {"action": "auto_reply"}. A rule editor UI is on the roadmap.
